Delivery Terms:

1. For orders less than HK $3,000, delivery charge applies according to location.
2. One time free local delivery for orders $3,000 or above under certain conditions.
3. Each order accepts only one single delivery location(by appointment), and we only include deliver to Ground Floor.
4. If parking fees applied, customer has to pay for it.
5. Large size、over weight or special items are not covered by our free delivery service. Delivery charge applies according to location.
6. No free delivery service is provided to Prohibited Area、 Sha Tau Kok、 Ta Kwu Ling、Man Kam To、Mai Po、 Discovery Bay、Lok Ma Chau、 Lo Wu、 Parkisland、Outlying islands、Tung Chung District、Airport、 and Residential Addresses, etc.
7. Delivery service does not include areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles. If delivery is made to the riversides or piers, customer is responsible for paying all corresponding extra fees. The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged.
8. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time without prior notice.
